After a decade of teaching classes at Aqua Vale it's time to hang up the mic. Over the past 10 years I've had the pleasure of training hundreds (maybe even over 1,000!) of wonderful people, mainly hitting the weights in Body Conditioning or spinning those wheels in Group Cycling, but not forgetting the days of Small Group Training in the gym or hard hitting Burpees in HIIT!
