Group Exercise Classes
Not quite sure that Personal Training is for you...
Then why don't you come down to Aqua Vale Swimming and Fitness Centre and join me for Body Conditioning on Mondays at 9.30am and Thursdays at 7pm.
Body Conditioning is a weights based class (dumbbells, barbells and bodyweight) which provides a whole body workout to improve your strength, stamina and general fitness levels.
I also teach Group Cycling (Spin), on Wednesdays at 7pm and Thursdays at 9.30am, if you fancy a high intensity cardio session and guaranteed calorie burn!
Classes only cost £8.90, cater for a range of abilities and will give you a great workout in a friendly environment.
